¾ cup plain, low-fat, yogurt
1 kiwi, sliced
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup raspberries

2 tsp. matcha powder
1 tsp. roasted sunflower seeds
3 mint leaves


1. Mix yogurt and matcha powder together in a bowl.

2. Once mixed, top your matcha yogurt with kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, sunflower seed, and mint leaves, in a decorative way.

3. Once your match bowl is decorated, take e a picture, and then dive in!
