Our sweet and tangy Low Sugar Raspberry Jam Recipe is a delightful spread that’s both delicious and healthy — enjoy!
2 cup raspberries 2 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chia seeds ½ tsp. water
1. In a small saucepan, bring raspberries, honey, and water to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. 2. Then, using a spatula mash up the berries, and then add in the lemon juice and chia seeds, simmering for an additional 5 minutes. 3. Remove the “goop” or froth off the top of the jam and from the heat. 4. Once the jam is cool, transfer it to an air-tight container, and store it in the refrigerator. 5. Serve when ready and enjoy!
