Chicken Sandwich

Enjoy a juicy chicken sandwich that’s packed with flavour, made with wholesome ingredients, and so delicious you’d never guess it fits perfectly into a weight-loss plan.

Ingredients

1 hamburger bun
1 chicken breast
1 slice of cheese
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika (or smoked paprika for extra flavour)
Salt & pepper

Toppings:
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Ketchup

Instructions

1. Lightly season the chicken breast on both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat (or grill). Lightly spray with oil if needed.

3. Cook the chicken for about 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked through.

4. Place the slice of cheese on top of the chicken during the last minute of cooking and let it melt.

5. While the chicken cooks, lightly toast the hamburger bun.

6. Assemble the sandwich: place the cheesy chicken on the bun and top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and ketchup.

7. Close the bun, serve warm, and enjoy a sandwich that’s filling, flavourful, and weight-loss friendly.
