Ingredients
1½ cup cooked chickpeas
1 cup nut butter
¼ cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips
3 tbsp. almond flour
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. salt
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients, except for the Chocolate Chips, to a blender or food processor, and combine for 2 to 3 minutes, until it's thick and smooth.
2. Transfer the dough to a large bowl and mix in the Chocolate Chips.
3. Once you have your Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, put it in the fridge to chill and set for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Once it's chilled, serve the dough in separate bowls, and enjoy!
