Vegetables with Cottage Cheese Dip Recipe

Serves 1.

One serving = 1 Vegetable, 1 Dairy



½ cup cottage cheese (1% or non-fat)
dill to taste
garlic powder to taste
onion powder to taste
lemon juice, freshly squeezed, to taste
½ cup green pepper, sliced
1 cup celery, sliced



Place all ingredients except green pepper and celery into a blender. Mix on medium speed until creamy.

Dip green peppers and celery into mixture for a low-fat crudités snack.
