These finger-licking Vegetables with Cottage Cheese Dip will hit the spot — enjoy the healthy and delicious dip at any party!
½ cup cottage cheese (1% or non-fat) dill to taste garlic powder to taste onion powder to taste
lemon juice, freshly squeezed, to taste ½ cup green pepper, sliced 1 cup celery, sliced
1. Place all ingredients except green pepper and celery into a blender. 2. Mix on medium speed until creamy. 3. Dip green peppers and celery into the mixture for a low-fat crudités snack.
