Oatmeal with Blueberries & Almonds

Our Oatmeal with Blueberries & Almonds is a warm, comforting breakfast that comes together in just four simple steps—rich in fibre, antioxidants, and healthy fats to help stabilize energy, support heart health, and keep you feeling full and nourished all morning long—enjoy!

Ingredients

1 cup water
½ cup blueberries
⅓ cup whole rolled oats
2 tbsp. almonds, sliced

1 tsp. honey
½ tsp. cinnamon powder
½ tsp. nutmeg powder
Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. In a small pot, stir together the water, oats, and salt, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

2. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 5 minutes.

3. After that time, remove the pot from the heat, stir in the cinnamon and nutmeg, and let rest for 1 to 2 minutes.

4. After that time, transfer the oatmeal to a bowl, top it with blueberries, almonds, and honey, and then dig in!
