Instead of making or eating an actual pumpkin pie this harvest season, try this delicious Pumpkin Pie Smoothie for all the same flavour but it's healthier and portable — enjoy!
1 medium banana
1 cup pumpkin puree
6 oz. Greek Yogurt (1% or non-fat)
8 oz. almond milk
2 tsp. pumpkin pie seasoning
1 cup ice
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
3. Once smooth, pour the smoothie into your glass, cup, or mug of choice, sprinkle with some cinnamon, and then enjoy!
One serving = 1½ Fat, 1 Protein, 1 Starch, 1 Vegetable, & ½ Dairy
