Mini Pepperoni Pizza

Our Mini Pepperoni Pizza recipe is a twist on a classic, featuring protein-rich pepperoni, calcium-packed mozzarella, and fiber-filled naan for a satisfying and nourishing meal—because nothing's off limits at Herbal Magic—enjoy!

Ingredients

2 pieces of naan
8 oz. pepperoni, sliced
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
½ cup pizza sauce

2 tbsp. fresh basil, sliced
2 tsp. olive oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place naan on the lined baking sheet, brush each with a teaspoon of olive oil, and then sprinkle with salt.

3. Place the naan in the hot oven to bake for 2 to 3 minutes.

4. After that time, remove the naan from the oven, cover each in a ¼ cup of sauce (but not all the way to the edges), 2 ounces of cheese, and 4 ounces of pepperoni.

5. Once the pizzas are made, place them in the oven to cook for 6 to 8 minutes.

6. Once cooked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 3 to 6 minutes.

7. Once cooled, garnish the pizza with basil, dig in, and enjoy!

Tip

You can also add some chili flakes to your pizza if you'd like to add some heat, which won't affect your allotments!
