Mango Kale Smoothie

1 pkg. VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
2 cups kale, chopped
1 cup mango, chopped

1 cup milk (skim, 1%, or almond milk)
1 cup ice
1 tbsp. honey


1. Place the VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement package, kale, mango, milk, ice, and honey in a blender.

2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.

3. Once smooth, pour the smoothie into your glass, cup, or mug of choice, and enjoy!


Add water to the blender if you'd like the smoothie more liquidy!
