Italian Red Snapper Recipe

Serves 4.

One serving = 1 Protein, ½ Vegetable



4 red snapper fillets, 5 oz. each

2 oz. dry white wine

¼ cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed

½ tsp oregano, dried

½ tsp basil, dried

¼ tsp black pepper

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups Roma tomatoes, diced



Preheat oven to 350° F. Place fish in a baking dish. Combine white wine, seasonings and garlic, stirring well. Pour wine mixture and tomatoes over fish. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
