Ingredients

5 egg
20 oz. bacon
5 oz. marble cheese, grated
5 english muffin

2½ tsp. olive oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and lay the bacon onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

2. Cook the bacon in the hot oven for 8 to 12 minutes.

3. Once cooked, remove it from the oven and lay it on a paper towel-lined plate.

4. While the bacon cools, cook the eggs, one at a time, by cracking them into a hot mini-pan, sprinkling them with salt and pepper, and letting them cook for 2 to 4 minutes each.

5. While the eggs cook, toast the english muffins.

6. Lay 1 ounce of grated cheese on one slice of a toasted muffin, then place 1 egg on the cheese, add 4 ounces of bacon on top of the egg, and then finish the sandwich with the other slice.

7. Once the mcmuffins are made, serve them, dig in, and enjoy!

Tip

Easily meal prep these mcmuffins by wrapping them in plastic wrap, then placing them in a freezer-safe Ziplock bag, and finally storing them in the freezer. Freeze them for up to 3 months. Thaw by unwrapping the mcmuffin, then wrapping it in a paper towel, and then microwaving it for a few minutes.
