Holiday Coffee

Our festive and aromatic Holiday Coffee Recipe combines the richness of freshly brewed coffee with seasonal spices for a cozy and flavourful start your day — cheers!

Ingredients

8 cup water
1 cup ground coffee
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. ground cardamom

½ tsp. ground nutmeg
½ tsp. ground cloves
½ tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. ground all spice

Instructions

1. Add ground coffee, sugar, and spices to a small bowl and whisk together to combine.

2. Once combined, pour the mixture into a coffee filter and prepare the coffee as you normally would based on your machine.

3. Once coffee is prepared, pour the spiced coffee into your favourite holiday mug, and enjoy!

Tip

If you'd like to add some creaminess to your coffee, you can add 1 tablespoon of milk, per serving, which would be a freebie and not add anything to your allotments. You can also add 1 tablespoon of regular whipped cream, per serving, which would add 1 Extra allotment or 1 tablespoon of low fat whipped cream, per serving, which would add ¼ Extra allotment.
