Healthy Homemade Garlic Bread

Ingredients

1 French baguette
4 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. garlic, finely chopped or grated

2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and cut the bread loaf in half lengthwise.

2. Combine the olive oil, garlic, parsley, and salt in a bowl.

3. Drizzle the olive oil mixture evenly over each bread half.

4. Place the bread on the parchment paper in the oven at 425°F (218°C) for 10 minutes with the brushed sides facing up.

5. After that time, the bread should be nice and "toasty," so remove it from the oven, slice it into small pieces, sprinkle it with pepper, and serve it alongside a main dish or enjoy as a snack!
