Healthy Banana Muffins

This Healthy Banana Muffins Recipe is a guilt-free breakfast or snack indulgence full of fiber, vitamins, and minerals, giving you a satisfying and convenient energy boost — enjoy!


3 large eggs
1½ medium banana, mashed
1 cup cereal (All-Bran)
1 cup bran
½ cup milk (1% or skim)

3 pkg. artificial sweetener
1 tbsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. baking powder
Non-fat cooking spray


1. Preheat oven to 350ᵒF and lightly coat a muffin pan with non-fat cooking spray.

2. Combine eggs, bananas, cereal, bran, milk, sweetener, cinnamon, and baking powder together in a bowl.

3. Once the mixture is fully combined and moist, spoon it into the greased muffin pan.

4. Then place the muffin pan in the hot oven and let it bake for 18 to 20 minutes.

5. Once the muffins are done, remove them from the oven, let them rest for 5 minutes, then serve, and enjoy!
