Ingredients

2 10 oz. ribeye steaks
2½ tsp. olive oil

Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Remove the steaks from the fridge at least 30 minutes before grilling to let them get to room temperature on a plate between pieces of paper towel.

2. As the cooking time approaches, preheat the grill to medium-high heat and rub the steaks with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.

3. Once the grill is hot, place the steaks on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on the first side, then turn the steaks over and cook for another 3 to 7 minutes.

4. After that time, remove the steaks from the grill and wrap them in aluminum foil to rest for approximately 5 minutes.

5. Once the steaks have rested, slice them, store the pieces in an air-tight container in the fridge, and enjoy a serving at a time with a side!
