1. In a large Ziploc bag, marinate pineapple slices with honey, butter, and salt for 1 to 24 hours in the fridge.
2. When ready to cook, preheat the grill to high heat.
3. Once hot, place pineapple slices on the grill, cooking for 2 to 4 minutes a side.
4. Once grilled, remove the pineapple slices from the barbecue and let rest for 5 minutes.
5. Once rested, serve the pineapple slices on a plate, topped with peanuts, and a half cup of ice cream per serving.
