Grilled Lamb Chops

Our simple Grilled Lamb Chops recipe is juicy, flavourful, and rich in lean protein, making it an easy yet indulgent dish to support muscle health and growth—enjoy!

Ingredients

16 oz. lamb chop, trimmed & separated
2 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary

4 tsp. olive oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Instructions

1. Remove the lamb from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.

2. While the lamb gets to room temperature, combine garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

3. As the cooking time approaches, preheat the grill to medium-high heat and spoon the marinade evenly over the lamb chops.

4. Once the grill is hot, place the lamb chops on the grill for 2 to 4 minutes per side.

5. Once cooked, move the lamb chops to a platter and let rest for 5 to 7 minutes.

6. Once rested, serve the lamb chops and enjoy!

Tip

Recommend serving this protein with a side salad or roasted potatoes!
