1. Preheat the oven to 400ᵒF.
2. Wash and dry the fish. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, paprika, and cumin.
3. Sprinkle seasonings on the fish.
4. Place the seasoned fish on the baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes or until the fish flakes.
5. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, corn, and avocado, and add the cooked fish.
6. Top with sour cream, salsa, and lime juice.
