1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2 Add all ingredients except your assorted vegetables, herbs and/or lean sliced meat into a medium bowl and combine with a blender for 30 seconds.
3. Spray a cupcake pan or silicone egg mold with non-fat cooking spray (enough to make 6 egg bites).
4. Then fill each holder with the blended mixture first, then add your assorted flavourings.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until egg bites should be lightly browned.
6. Once cooked, let them cool and settle, then enjoy!
