Cinnamon French Toast
1 serving = ½ protein, 1 starch, ½ dairy, 1 fat
Ingredients2 egg whites
½ cup skim milk
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp butter or margarine
2 slices low calorie bread (maximum 50 calories/slice)
How You Prepare It
Beat egg whites, milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract together in a medium bowl.
Pour egg mixture into a flat dish.
Melt butter or margarine in a frying pan over medium heat.
Dip bread in egg mixture and saute in pan for about 1 minute per side, or until brown.
