Cinnamon French Toast Recipe

Serves 1.

One serving = ½ Protein, 1 Starch, ½ Dairy, 1 Fat


2 egg whites
½ cup skim milk
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp butter or margarine
2 slices low calorie bread (maximum 50 calories/slice)



Beat egg whites, milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract together in a medium bowl.
Pour egg mixture into a flat dish.

Melt butter or margarine in a frying pan over medium heat.

Dip bread in egg mixture and sauté in pan for about 1 minute per side, or until brown.
