Perfect Cinnamon French Toast for breakfast or weekend brunches — enjoy!
2 egg whites ½ cup skim milk ¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp butter or margarine 2 slices low-calorie bread (maximum 50 calories/slice)
1. Beat egg whites, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract together in a medium bowl. 2. Pour the egg mixture into a flat dish. 3. Melt butter or margarine in a frying pan over medium heat. 4. Dip bread in egg mixture and sauté in pan for about 1 minute per side, or until brown.
