1. Heat a medium-sized pan over medium-high heat.
2. While the pan heats up, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a large bowl.
3. Add the spinach to the hot pan, and let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until wilted.
4. Once the spinach is wilted, remove it from the pan and set it aside.
5. Return the empty pan to the stovetop, and once it's hot again, pour in the whisked eggs.
6. Let eggs cook for 2 to 3 minutes covered.
7. Once the eggs have almost set, add the cheese and spinach on top of the egg, and then fold the egg over the spinach and cheese (folding the egg in half, basically).
8. Let it all cook for another minute or two, and then remove it from the pan, serve it, and enjoy!
