This icy, soothing, spiced Chai Tea Shake Recipe is protein-packed and antioxidant-rich to help stimulate weight loss, fight inflammation, boost immunity, regulate blood sugar, and reduce stress – you'll definitely want to try this shake!


3 chai tea bags
2 oz. boiling water
1 pkg. VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake

12 oz. ice water
5 ice cubes


1. Prepare chai tea with boiled water, and let it steep for 3 minutes.

2. Once steeped, let the tea cool.

3. Placed cooled tea, VHP Shake, water, and ice cubes in a blender.

4. Blend together until smooth.

5. Once smooth, enjoy!

Add a stick of cinnamon to your shake when serving to enhance some of the chai tea's natural flavours; plus it looks good for the "gram"!
