Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Serves 1.

One serving = 1 Fruit, 1 Dairy, 1 Fat, 2 Extra

Ingredients

½ cup strawberries
¼ cup raspberries
1 cup coconut milk 
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp dried coconut
1 tsp granola

Instructions

In a blender, thoroughly blend strawberries, raspberries, chia seeds, and coconut milk, reserving a few strawberries and raspberries to use as toppings.

Pour into bowl. Top with reserved strawberries, raspberries, coconut and granola.
