1. Cook and drain whole wheat spaghetti.
2. Cut beef into long thin strips.
3. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan.
4. Sauté onion, mushrooms, black pepper, coriander, parsley, nutmeg, and garlic.
5. Add beef and mayonnaise. Dilute with water.
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 – 40 minutes or until beef is tender.
7. Add sour cream. Stir well. Pour over spaghetti.
