1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and cut spareribs into serving-size portions (1 or 2 ribs together).
2. Wrap ribs all together in double thickness of foil and place them on a baking sheet, and then in the hot oven to cook for 60 minutes.
3. While the ribs cook, make the rib sauce by combining sugar, chile sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, pepper, and salt together in a bowl.
4. After an hour in the oven, remove the ribs, discard the drippings, and place them in a roasting pan, pouring the rib sauce over them to marinate for 2 to 24 hours.
5. Once the ribs are marinated, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
6. Grease the grill grates using non-fat cooking spray, and then place the ribs on the grill, cooking for 30 minutes, turning and coating in the rib sauce regularly.
7. While the ribs are on the grill, cook fries according to package instructions, and make the salad by combining the lemon juice, olive oil, dijon mustard, and honey together in a small bowl to make the salad dressing.
8. Once the ribs are cooked, remove them from the grill, place them on a serving platter, and bring them to the table.
9. Then pour the dressing over the lettuce in a large bowl, tossing everything together until well combined, and then bring it to the table.
10. Once the fries are cooked, place them on a serving plate and bring them to the table as well.
11. Once all dinner elements are on the table, serve them up, and enjoy!
