Balsamic Vinegar Marinated Chicken

20 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
4 tsp olive oil

1 tsp grated ginger
1 garlic clove minced


1. Cut chicken breast into strips.

2. Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, ginger, and garlic together to make a marinade.

3. Add chicken strips and marinate together in a plastic bag for 30 minutes.

4. Once the chicken is marinated, discard the marinade, and weave the chicken onto metal or wooden skewers.

5. Once the chicken is woven, broil the skewers in the oven for 5 minutes on each side.

6. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skewers and serve!
