The main difference, now that we don’t have our clinics, is that you can now do our Weight Loss Plans from the comfort of your home.

In theory, yes! We provide all Canadians with virtual weight loss support from our Mississauga head office. This means your Weight Loss Plan coaching sessions are conducted via phone call, text message, or email — whatever format you prefer we’ll use! We do recommend phone calls though, as it’s timely and really helps people achieve their weight loss goals. Also, we use Canada Post’s expedited shipping to send your personalized program supplements right to your door, so you don’t have to come to us for anything because we come to you!
