1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Peel yams and chop them into wedges.
3. Toss yams with olive oil and sprinkle with spices of your choice.
4. Place yams on a baking sheet, evenly spaced, then transfer to oven and cook for 30 to 40 minutes flipping halfway through.
5. While yam fires bake, combine the last three ingredients for the Horseradish Dip in a small bowl.
6. Once the fries are cooked and the dip is combined, serve and enjoy!
