This Warm Apple Chia Pudding Recipe is a weight-loss-friendly breakfast or snack rich in fiber, promoting feelings of fullness & aiding digestion, & comforting, due to its apple pie-like flavours & smells — enjoy!
Ingredients
⅓ cup almond milk
½ apple, diced
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
1. Heat a pot over medium-low heat.
2. Once hot, add all the ingredients to the pot and whisk together for 5 to 7 minutes.
3. Once everything is combined, pour your hot chia pudding into a bowl, serve, and enjoy!
Tip
If the pudding gets too thick, just a little more milk to loosen it up!
