Ingredients
2 oz. espresso
1 cup milk (1% or skim)
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. turmeric powder
½ tsp. ginger powder
½ tsp. cinnamon powder
Instructions
1. Warm milk on the stove or in the microwave for a few minutes, approximately 2 minutes.
2. Then, combine espresso, milk, sugar, vanilla, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon powder together in a mug and stir together with a spoon or use a handheld frother.
3. Once your coffee is well combined, take a sip, and enjoy!
