Each bite of this delicate and appetizing tuna bites recipe delivers a complete burst of flavor through the combination of ingredients — enjoy!
4 tsp margarine (soft, light, non-hydrogenated) 8 slices bread (low-calorie/diet), crusts removed 16 oz. canned tuna (water-packed), drained
1 cup onion, finely diced 4 Tbsp ranch dressing (fat-free)
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread margarine on bread. 2. Press bread slices (crusts removed) into a muffin tin with margarine side down. 3. Bake for 10 minutes. 4. Combine tuna, onion and ranch dressing. 5. Spoon into bread cups. 6. Bake until hot.
Use non-hydrogenated margarine made from olive or canola oil to improve overall cholesterol. Use whole wheat bread for more fiber to help you stay full longer.
