Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats

Our Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats recipe is creamy, fibre-rich, and packed with protein and antioxidants, making it a deliciously nutritious way to fuel your mornings all week long—enjoy!

Ingredients

5x ⅓ cup old-fashioned oats
5x 1 cup milk
5x ½ cup strawberries, chopped
5x ½ medium banana, chopped

5x 2 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
5x 1 tbsp. chia seeds
5x 1 tsp. honey

Instructions

1. In 5 different jars or air-tight containers, add a fifth of each ingredient and shake or stir everything together.

2. Once fully combined, place the jars or containers in the fridge to let settle.

3. When ready to enjoy a serving, remove it from the fridge, dig in, and enjoy!
