1. In 5 air-tight containers, place a cup of spinach, a three-quarter cup of chickpeas, half a cup of quinoa, one ounce of feta, and 5 of the chopped walnuts in each.
2. Once all the containers are compiled, seal them and store them in the fridge.
3. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
4. Once the dressing is made, divide it into 5 other air-tight containers or store it in one larger container in the fridge.
5. When ready to enjoy your salad, remove it from the fridge, top it with a fifth of the dressing, shake it all together, and then dig in!
