1 pkg. VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ tsp. nutmeg
12 oz. ice water
1. Place the VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement package, pumpkin puree, nutmeg, and ice water in a blender.
2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
3. Once smooth, pour the smoothie into your glass, cup, or mug of choice, and enjoy!
