This Pina Colada Shake Recipe is perfect if you're looking for some extra protein in your day, as it's quick to make, portable, and easy to gulp down — bottoms up!
1 pkg. VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tsp. coconut extract
12 oz. ice water
3 large ice cubes
1. Place the VHP Vanilla Shake package, pineapple chunks, coconut extract, water, and ice cubes in a blender.
2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
3. Once smooth, pour the shake into your glass, cup, or mug of choice and enjoy!
