Pina Colada Shake Recipe

Serves 1 | One serving = 1 Protein, 1 Starch, & 1 Fruit
1 pkg. VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tsp. coconut extract
12 oz. ice water
3 large ice cubes
Place the VHP Vanilla Shake package, pineapple chunks, coconut extract, water, and ice cubes in a blender.
Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
Once smooth, pour the shake into your glass, cup, or mug of choice and enjoy!
