1. Get 5 sealable jars and combine ⅓ cup oats, ½ cup milk of choice, 1½ teaspoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon maple syrup, and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon in each jar.
2. Once full, seal the jars and shake them to combine all ingredients.
3. Once all ingredients are combined, place the jars in the fridge and let set.
4. When you're ready to enjoy the overnight oats, remove a jar per day, and top with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter and half a banana sliced.
5. Once you've enhanced your overnight oats, dig in and enjoy, or reseal the jar to enjoy later on that day!
