Peanut Butter & Banana Overnight Oats

This hearty breakfast meal prep combines rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, peanut butter, and banana for a delicious and satisfying start to your day. It's the perfect grab-and-go option that'll keep you full and fuelled as you start your busy day — enjoy!

Ingredients

2.5 cup of regular milk or almond milk
1.6 cup rolled oats
2.5 banana
10 tsp. peanut butter

7.5 tsp. chia seeds
5 tsp. maple syrup
1.25 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

1. Get 5 sealable jars and combine ⅓ cup oats, ½ cup milk of choice, 1½ teaspoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon maple syrup, and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon in each jar.

2. Once full, seal the jars and shake them to combine all ingredients.

3. Once all ingredients are combined, place the jars in the fridge and let set.

4. When you're ready to enjoy the overnight oats, remove a jar per day, and top with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter and half a banana sliced.

5. Once you've enhanced your overnight oats, dig in and enjoy, or reseal the jar to enjoy later on that day!

Tip

If you like it a little extra sweet you can add some stevia, which would not affect your allotments. If you like it thinner or a more liquidy consistency, simply add a little water to the oats before setting them in the fridge, which also wouldn't affect your allotments.
