1. Mix meat and spices in a medium bowl.
2. Add egg and 8 tablespoons of salsa and mix well.
3. Add crushed crackers.
4. Form into 4 patties and grill on BBQ on medium heat or fry in a pan coated with non-fat cooking spray for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
5. Place each burger on half a bun and top with 1 tbsp. of sour cream and salsa.
6. For a variety in protein or preferred taste, try ground chicken, veggie ground round, extra lean ground pork, beef, or sirloin.
