One Pan Simple Salmon & Vegetables

Our One Pan Simple Salmon & Vegetables Recipe is simple to prepare, simple to cook, and simple to clean up; so, if you need an easy weekday meal for the family, try this — enjoy!


4 (5 oz.) salmon filets
4 cups baby yellow potatoes
4 cups broccoli florets
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup lemon juice

2 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper


1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and bring a pot of salt water to boil.

2. Then, remove the salmon from the fridge, so it can get to room temperature, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Once the pot is boiling, add the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.

4. While the potatoes boil, mix parmesan cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and parsley together in a small bowl.

5. Then, place salmon fillets, boiled potatoes, and broccoli florets in a single layer on the baking sheet, and season all these ingredients lightly with salt and pepper.

6. Once all ingredients are lightly seasoned, brush or drizzle the parmesan mixture onto them (salmon and vegetables).

7. Then, place the sheet pan in the oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

8. Once cooked, remove the sheet pan from the oven, and enjoy your wholesome meal!
