Marinated Portobello Pasta

This beautiful, healthy Marinated Portobello Pasta Recipe will make you feel like you're eating out without actually having to go out — enjoy!


1 cup portobello mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic, chopped

2 cups fettuccine or linguine, cooked
2 tsp olive oil
Fresh basil to taste


1. Combine mushrooms, balsamic vinegar, and garlic in a sealable container and let marinate for 4 hours.

2. Toss cooked linguine with olive oil.

3. Top with marinated mushrooms and garnish with basil — buon appetito!
