Lobster Roll

Our Lobster Roll is a lean, protein-rich dish packed with essential nutrients and fresh flavour, making it a deliciously healthy way to enjoy a Canadian coastal classic—enjoy!

Ingredients

16 oz. lobster meat, cooked and chopped
4 hot dog buns, split
½ cup celery, chopped
½ cup green onion, sliced
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tsp. lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Instructions

1. Lightly butter the insides of buns and set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine celery, mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

3. Once the sauce is fully combined, mix in the lobster meat.

4. Once the lobster is fully sauced, divide the contents between the four buns evenly, top with the sliced green onion, and then dig in!
