Kale Chips Recipe

Serves 2.

One serving = 1 Vegetable, 1 Fat


2 cups kale
2 tsp olive oil
½ tsp. salt-free seasoning


Preheat oven to 350 F.

Wash and dry kale. Once kale is dry, use a knife to remove the thick stems leaving you with the leaves to tear into smaller pieces.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and lay out the kale. Coat kale evenly with olive oil and seasoning.

Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes, keeping a very close eye to prevent burning or over crisping.
