1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Wash and dry kale. Once kale is dry, use a knife to remove the thick stems leaving you with the leaves to tear into smaller pieces.
3. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and lay out the kale.
4. Coat kale evenly with olive oil and seasoning.
5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, keeping a very close eye to prevent burning or over-crisping.
