Our delicately sweet and soothing Iced Honey Lavender Coffee is the perfect refreshing springtime treat that blends floral flavour with the natural benefits of honey and low-fat milk—enjoy!
Ingredients
2 oz. espresso
1 cup milk (1% or skim)
1 tbsp. lavender syrup
1 tsp. honey
Handful ice cubes
Instructions
1. Brew a double shot of espresso.
2. Pour the espresso into a mug with milk, lavender syrup, and honey, and stir together.
3. Once the lavender coffee is combined, add ice cubes and enjoy!
Tip
For a little extra sweetness, add a half teaspoon of brown sugar, which would add 1 Extra allotment. Alternatively, you could add a little stevia, which would not affect your allotments!
