Our guilt-free Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe is a healthier twist on a classic seasonal favourite to enjoy anytime a craving hits — enjoy!
Ingredients
8 oz. brewed coffee OR 1-2 shots of espresso
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 tbsp. canned pumpkin puree
½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 pkg. artificial sweetener
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
1. Mix almond milk and pumpkin puree together in a cup or saucepan.
2. Bring it to a simmer over medium heat on the stovetop or microwave for 30-45 seconds.
3. After that time, remove from heat, and stir in the pumpkin pie spice and sweetener.
4. Pour coffee into a large mug, add the pumpkin-milk mixture on top, sprinkle with cinnamon, serve, and enjoy!
Tip
For a "fluffier" latte, froth the pumpkin-milk before adding it to the coffee, either with a frother or a blender. It should only take 30 seconds to get the milk foamy, regardless of the method.
