4 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup oats or oat flour

1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. cinnamon
Cooking spray


1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, oats, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, until smooth.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray.

3. Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.

4. Once cooked, serve warm, and enjoy!
