Our light, refreshing, and protein-packed Egg Salad Dip with Crackers is a spa-inspired, wholesome choice for breakfast, lunch, or a nourishing snack—and with five servings, it’s perfect for meal prepping—enjoy!
Ingredients
105 g crackers
10 large eggs, hard boiled & peeled
5 oz. plain greek yogurt
2½ cup radish, sliced
1½ cup celery, finely diced
2 tbsp. thyme, chopped
2½ tsp. dijon mustad
1½ tsp. lemon zest
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mash together eggs, yogurt, celery, mustard, zest, pepper, and salt.
2. Once combined, divide the egg salad into 5 separate air-tight containers.&
3. Top egg salad with some of the chopped thyme, and then store in the fridge.
4. When ready to enjoy a serving, remove one egg salad container from the fridge, and enjoy with 21 grams of crackers and half a cup of sliced radish!
