Deviled Eggs Recipe

Serves 4

One serving = 1 Protein, ½ Extra


8 large eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and halved
4 tsp. mayonnaise (fat-free) 
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

onion powder to taste
black pepper to taste
paprika to taste


Remove hard boiled egg yolks and set egg white halves aside. Combine yolks, mayonnaise, vinegar, dry mustard, onion powder and pepper. Mix well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika, cover and chill.
