Deviled Eggs

This Deviled Eggs Recipe features peeled hard-boiled eggs, cut in half, and stuffed with a paste made from the yolk and other ingredients for a light, yummy, protein-packed appetizer — enjoy!


8 large eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and halved
4 tsp. mayonnaise (fat-free)
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

onion powder to taste
black pepper to taste
paprika to taste


1. Remove hard-boiled egg yolks and set egg white halves aside.

2. Mix yolks, mayonnaise, vinegar, dry mustard, onion powder, and black pepper together well in a bowl.

3. Once mixed, spoon the yolk mixture into egg white halves.

4. Sprinkle with paprika, cover, and chill.

5. Once chilled, serve and enjoy!
