Cranberry Apple Crumble

This Cranberry Apple Crumble recipe makes a tasty and healthy dessert or breakfast treat, perfect for a house full of loved ones — enjoy!

Ingredients

3 cup (4) apple, peeled, cored, & sliced
1 cup fresh cranberries
¾ cup maple syrup
¾ cup rolled oats
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup walnuts

3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. almond flour
½ tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Non-fat cooking spray

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F and light coat a baking dish with non-fat cooking spray.

2. Combine apples, cranberries, maple syrup, half the almond flour (1 tbsp.), and cinnamon in a large bowl.

3. Pour the apple and cranberry mixture into the greased baking dish.

4. In another large bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, walnuts, butter, salt, and other half of the almond flour (1 tbsp.).

5. Sprinkle the rolled oat mixture onto the apple and cranberry mixture, ensuring it's evenly covered.

6. Place baking dish in the oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, when the edges of crumble are browned and bubbling.

7. Once cooked, remove the crumble from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.

8. Once cool, serve, and enjoy!

Tip

This crumble goes really well with a scoop of ice cream! If you add 1 tablespoon of vanilla ice cream to your crumble, add 1 Dairy & 1 Fat allotment per serving.
