This Classic Waldorf Salad combines crisp apples and pears with nuts, raisins and celery in a creamy dressing — enjoy!
2 small apples, cubed (one green, one red) 1 medium pear, cubed ½ cup red grapes 2 oz. pecans, chopped
6 oz. lemon yogurt (fat-free) 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp orange juice Lemon rind
1. Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, orange juice and lemon rind. Set aside. 2. Combine the first four ingredients. 3. Immediately pour dressing over the first four combined ingredients (plain apples begin to go brown quickly).
