Classic Waldorf Salad Recipe

Serves 4.

One serving = 1 Fruit, ¼ Dairy, 1 Fat


2 small apples, cubed (one green, one red)
1 medium pear, cubed
½ cup red grapes 
2 oz. pecans, chopped
6 oz. lemon yogurt (fat-free)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp orange juice
Lemon rind


Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, orange juice and lemon rind. Set aside.

Combine first four ingredients.

Immediately pour dressing over first four combined ingredients (plain apples begin to go brown quickly).
