Chocolate Chia Pudding

Our Chocolate Chia Pudding is a deliciously rich, antioxidant-packed recipe that’s perfect for meal prepping—fuel your week with fibre, omega-3s, and natural energy in every spoonful—enjoy!

Ingredients

15 oz. almond milk
2½ cup blueberries
½ cup chia seeds
⅓ cup cacao powder

5 tsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cacao powder, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, salt, and vanilla.

2. Once combined, slowly pour in the almond milk a little at a time, stirring together until all the milk is mixed in.

3. Then add in the chia seeds, mixing everything together.

4. Once you have the pudding fully combined, divide it into 5 air-tight containers, and store in the fridge.

5. When ready to enjoy a serving, take it out of the fridge, top it with half a cup of blueberries, and dig in!
