Chicken Salad Sandwich

Our Chicken Salad Sandwich is a crisp, protein-rich classic with a fresh dill twist—light, nourishing, and perfect for meal prepping a week of satisfying lunches—enjoy!

Ingredients

20 oz. chicken breast, cooked & shredded
10 slices diet bread
2½ cup lettuce
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
½ cup green onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup mayo
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
½ tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, mayo, celery, green onion, mustard, dill, salt, and pepper.

2. Taste and season with additional salt and pepper if desired, and then store in an air-tight container in the fridge.

3. Clean lettuce, and then store it in an air-tight container in the fridge.

4. When ready to enjoy a serving, add one-fifth of the chicken salad to a slice of diet bread, add a half cup of lettuce, and then close the sandwich with the second slice of diet bread, and then dig in or wrap it up to pack for the day ahead!
